Introduction to Agility

These classes are designed to introduce dogs and people to the FUN! sport of Dog Agility. Our Intro to Agility classes are taught in three levels.

Level One Agility

Taught on leash and no previous agility training is necessary. Each agility obstacle is taught in a safe and stepwise manner. This class is low key and fun for dogs and people of all ages. Focus is on basic obstacle training and handling.

Please bring your dog on leash and plenty of tasty doggy treats the first night of class. This class is held out doors so dress appropriately.

Class Information:

  • Age Requirement: 6 months & up.
  • Duration: 6 weeks, 1 hour per week.
  • Location: Puppy Love Dog Training
  • Price: $75
  • Class size: Limited to no more than 8 dogs per class.

Upcoming Class Start Dates:

  • Wednesday, September 21st @ 8PM
  • Tuesday, October 18th @ 7PM

Level Two Agility

Only for dogs with who have completed Level One or have been approved by instructor prior to the start of class. Classes are on and off leash. A reliable recall and stay are preferred but not required. Focus is on progressively getting obstacles to required heights, handling and foundation jumping skills.

Please bring your dog on leash and plenty of tasty doggy treats the first night of class. This class is held out doors so dress appropriately.

Class Information:

  • Age Requirement: 10 months & up.
  • Duration: 6 weeks, 1 hour per week.
  • Location: Puppy Love Dog Training
  • Price: $75
  • Class size: Limited to no more than 8 dogs per class.

  • Wednesday, October 5th @ 7PM
  • Wednesday, November 9th @ 8PM

Level Three Agility

Only for dogs with who have completed Level Two or have been approved by instructor prior to the start of class. Classes are on and off leash. A reliable recall and stay are required. Focus is on short basic sequencing, adding distance and distraction, foundation jumping and more advanced handling.

Please bring your dog on leash and plenty of tasty doggy treats the first night of class. This class is held out doors so dress appropriately.

  • Age Requirement: 12 months & up.
  • Duration: 6 weeks, 1 hour per week.
  • Location: Puppy Love Dog Training
  • Price: $75
  • Class size: Limited to no more than 8 dogs per class.
