We have several options available : giving you another class for free, moving you into another class that better suits your needs, private lessons for special issues and refunds for classes not taken.

Our goal is to have satisfied customers. If you aren't , we want to know ! We are such a small company we can't afford not to make our clients happy.

Puppy Love is different than other local dog training classes in several ways. First,  the owner and head trainer is a veterinarian with a strong interest and extensive education in dog training and behavior. Plus, all our instructors have years of dog owning and training experience.  We have been in business for 12 years and we really care about making you, the client, satisfied. We are the only dog training business with a combined indoor/outdoor privately owned training area and a full set of Agility equipment. We keep our classes small and provide plenty of one on one help for you and your dog. We are experienced with all breeds, sizes, and shapes of dogs. Our classes are family friendly and we keep our  classes fun and low stress while optimizing learning. We are experienced in the use of "clicker" training and so can train dogs faster and easier than with traditional methods.
