If you wish to sign up for a class and are leaving at the end of the semester, let us know and we can work with your schedule. We can prorate out a class if you need.
1. Puppy Kindergarten Classes
Kay Stephens, DVM, a veterinarian with advanced training in dog behavior, has been teaching the puppy kindergarten classes since 1992.
The dates listed are the start dates for each class.
Each class meets once a week for one hour for 8 weeks.Classes meet on the same night and time for the full 8 weeks. So, a class that starts Tuesday at 630 PM will meet every Tuesday at 630 for 8 weeks.
First class is orientation without the puppies.
The orientation is chock full of helpful hints on how to live happily with your dog and prevent behavior problems.

2. STAR Puppy Class
The perfect class for your recent puppy kindergarten graduate. This class takes the skills learned in puppy kindergarten and applies them to real life practical situations and prepares you and your puppy to take and pass the AKC STAR puppy test.

3. Adult Basic Obedience Classes.
Each class meets once a week for one hour for 8 weeks.
First class is orientation without the dogs.
Orientation will cover how to manage and live with your dog so that your dog learns to be well behaved at home as well as at class.

~ 4. RALLY Obedience Class.
This is a class for dogs with a good understanding of sit, down, stay, come, and loose leash walking.
Great for all owners looking to sharpen the skills of their pets or step into the world of dog sports. This class focuses on the precision, reliability, and utility of your dog's behavior.

5. Canine Good Citizen Class
A new 6 week class to prepare your dog and you to take and PASS the AKC Good Citizen Test. The first five weeks of class teach your dog the skills needed to pass each section of the CGC test. The last week of class is a real test given by an AKC approved tester. Passing this test is proof that your dog is a well behaved pet and is the first step to preparing your dog to pass a Therapy Dog Certification.

6. Agility Classes
Classes meets once a week for one hour for 6 weeks.
Bring dog & treats every night. Call 409.739.0223 if rain is forecast as classes held outside.
Introductory Agility Class.
Level One: For dogs with no prior Agility training, classes on leash.

7. Graduate Obedience Class
This is a class for dogs with some previous training.
Great for all PK and basic obedience grads to practice what your dog has learned and keep your dog's training tuned up while having fun.
This class gives you a chance to continue working on all your dog's basic obedience skills such as sit, down, stay, heeling, come, and attention in a low key enjoyable environment. The class also covers new exercises such as "Go to your place", "touch", targeting, etc.

8. GROWL Class
